    Profile

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and effective communication skills

    Ability and willingness to be on the field to execute the strategy
    Education, Graduate with Higher Education
    Strong integrity, high stress-pressure resistance
    Languages: 1. Romanian 2. English
    Advanced knowledge of Office IT tools – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer
    Knowledge and usage of SAP – will be an added advantage
    Ability to process information, interpret and capitalize on it by providing processed data to decision-makers;
    Communication and negotiation ability;
    Experience: 5 to 10 years experience (preferably Industrial/Manufacturing)
    Collaborate with the other departments of the company

    Responsabilitati

    Main activities and responsibility:

    Support the mill in its TCO/VIU approach to material needs
    Assess the local/external market, repartition the needs to different suppliers, negotiate the best terms & conditions, ensure delivery of correct quality & quantity
    Play an active role in aligning all stakeholders to the strategy
    Manage emergencies
    Track and follow-up orders and deliveries
    Evaluate suppliers and propose areas for improvement
    Ensure compliance
    Manage the supplier portfolio for the perimeter
    Collaborate with European Purchasing Organization to coordinate the buying strategy within EU
    Carry out benchmarking exercises to bring best practices to Hunedoara
