BAT IS LOOKING FOR A CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-management

ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Corporate Finance Analyst will run the daily tasks as per the job responsibilities outlined here. He/(She) will be part of a team of professionals, working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances and will work closely with the Germany Corporate Finance Managers and Senior Managers

The ideal candidate will be able to work comfortably with numbers and has attention to detail and have a very good understating of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly ABD reconciliation by review overdue open vendor lines, PRF postings for vendor clearing
• Proactively reaching out to PO creators to sort out any outstanding queries.
• Responsible of SOX controls (monthly/bi-annually) as per instructions (half year and year end the review of open overdue POs)
• Responsible for monthly control: review of open GRs
• Responsible of Subsequent event control, review of all invoices posted referring to previous periods and POs, preparation of ABD reconciliation report
• Maintenance of PCARD/AMEX process across (e.g. regular follow ups to cardholders)
• Maintenance of coders, approvers for all Sap processes (CC/WBS/JVUS) checked with HR table of grades and Success factors
• Single point of contact for COUPA requests (checking POs, invoices status in COUPA,change request raised,incidents for not integrated voided or created GRs)
• support with CUP request to provide user access to SAP, COUPA, MDG vendors, blocking unblocking users accounts
• support with now Bat requests for changing role owners
• Assist corporate finance managers with other ad-hoc queries,
• Collaborates with other departments by collecting and providing financial information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst and AP Senior Analyst
• Ideal candidate will also have COUPA experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Great attention to detail with ability to spot numerical errors.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
• Familiarity with accounting software (ex. SAP).
• Fluency in English.

Considered a plus.

• AP/ Master Data experience
