Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon's world-class shopping experience. As a Data Associate, you'll play a critical role in elevating AI capabilities through rigorous data processing and analysis.

This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday.

Key job responsibilities
o Process a variety of annotation and data analysis tasks, with exceptional efficiency and quality
o Meet or exceed key performance metrics like productivity, turnaround time, and data accuracy
o Apply your judgment to make informed decisions within established guidelines and procedures
o Contribute ideas to continually improve overall process efficiency and quality

Basic qualifications

- o Fluency in both English and Italian (minimum B2), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar
- o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- o High school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)

Preferred qualifications

- o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- o Experience working in diverse teams
