    Requirements

    • University degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.
    • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a brewing role and 3 years of proven managerial experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Advanced knowledge in brewing and technical processes.
    • Intermediate knowledge of utilities management.
    • Expertise in safety, risk, and change management.
    • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
    • Target and quality-driven with the ability to manage large teams and operations.

    Role Overview:

    The Brewing and Utilities Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Brewing and Utilities departments, ensuring that people, plant, processes, and systems achieve business objectives efficiently and effectively. The role requires maintaining compliance with production plans, quality standards, and cost management while driving continuous improvement initiatives

    Responsibilities:

    Production Management:

    • Lead brewing operations to meet specifications and standards, including GMP and HACCP.
    • Minimize production losses and optimize process output and capability.
    • Ensure utilities availability and reliability for the brewery.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Manage and develop the Brewing and Utilities team, ensuring a healthy working environment.
    • Mentor and coach employees to develop competencies.
    • Secure effective performance management and maintain positive team relations.

    Cost & Resource Management:

    • Manage and control fixed and direct costs within the Brewing and Utilities departments.
    • Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Develop and manage the CAPEX budget, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial oversight.

    Continuous Improvement & Change Management:

    • Lead performance improvements through targeted change processes.
    • Implement the Asahi Way and drive systemic performance improvements.
    • Apply sustainable development practices aligned with the company's strategic goals.

    Safety, Health, and Risk Management:

    • Execute safety audits and manage risks to prevent damages and injuries.
    • Maintain compliance with safety standards and support the GMP and HACCP system.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including OEM representatives, raw materials suppliers, and local authorities.

    Requirements:
