    Accelerating IoT: A High-Speed Data Ingestion Solution in Java

    Many solutions face challenges when streaming data from thousands of data sources. In this talk, we'll create a Java application with examples for each protocol. Then, we'll use a public dataset. ActiveMQ will support message-oriented middleware (MOM) to communicate between components and Reactive Stream Ingestion (RSI) to inject the data into an Oracle Database efficiently and non-blocking.

    Andrei is an experienced professional with a broad background in team management and digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and more than 19 years in educational initiatives, he has made significant contributions at both local and EU policy levels. Currently, he heads the Digital Transformation and Data Analysis team at West University of Timișoara and advises the Minister of Education on digital transformation and policy matters.
    Passionate about digital transformation and emerging technologies, Andrei is dedicated to enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Western Romania, particularly in sectors like Automotive, IoT, IT&C, Smart City, and Smart Agriculture. His vision is to cultivate future leaders and develop innovative strategies for societal progress through technology and education.
