Responsibilities:
- Support program & transaction platforms globally, including education, training and support of internal teams and external customers. Tasks include day to day support, identification of ongoing program development improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide operational and transactional support for Customers, Service Provider Distributors and Aggregators using the channel program platform.
- Support the roll out channel program policy refinements, capabilities and enhancements, including education, training and enablement of internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption
- Responsible for tracking and ensuring timely issue resolution around a variety of tasks related to the channel business from opportunity management, non-standard terms reviews, licensing, monthly consumption reporting, order processing, account consolidation and compensation
- Cross functional collaboration with various internal stakeholder groups to address ongoing tasks and quickly and efficiently resolve issues by identifying and achieving the best for Veeam outcome.
- Address overdue account reporting through escalation and follow up
- Develop and maintain operational and compliance metrics and KPIs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years track record in operational support and channel engagement
- Experience should be in a like or similar industry with common characteristics with an emphasis on channel as well as cloud and service provider businesses.
- Global experience a plus
- Independent and organized thinker and influencer
- Customer focused problem solving and solutioning
- Ability to adapt and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute assigned tasks
- Proficient user of salesforce.com, excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Adept at developing relationships with new customers and internal teams
- Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required
