    Requirements

    We seek a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Technical Account Manager, for our business partner, one of the largest manufacturers of advanced equipment in the HVAC industry.

    In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

    Your profile:

    At least 1+ years experience in technical sales or similar roles.
    Willingness to travel nationally (4 days/week)
    Good communication, planning, and organization skills
    Ability to work both independently and in a team
    Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    Motivated and results-oriented person
    Proficiency in English;
    Valid driver's license
    A bachelor's degree and technical faculties are an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Main Tasks:

    Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; and recommending new applications and sales strategies.
    Improving the organization's market position by prospecting and contracting new clients to maximize revenue.
    Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; and scheduling appointments.
    Introducing new products to the market and maintaining the commercial performance of existing products.
    Coordinate the network of distributors at the national level.
    Realization of technical-commercial offers.
    Conducting business discussions and negotiations.
    Technical consultancy regarding the products offered.
    Monitoring the market of construction projects.
    Preparing regular forecasts to enable effective sales planning.
    Ensuring that sales potential is fully exploited to achieve annual sales targets.
