    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

    Hard skills:

    Financial analysis skills business oriented;
    Good understanding of IFRS principles
    Experience with IFRS reporting package (Statement of Financial Position, Statements of Profit or loss and other comprehensive income, Statement of Cash flows, Statement of changes in equity, and related notes).Good understanding of management reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
    Microsoft Office – Excel (advanced).
    SAP/BW and BI skills are considered an advantage;
    English (advanced).
    Soft skills:

    Significant attention to details and commitment to deadlines;
    Good management, organizational and communication skills
    Ability to identify and support process change and improvement
    Comfortable in working in cross-functional teams matrix environment;
    Ability to communicate with all hierarchical levels.
    Others:

    Relevant academic background - Finance degree;
    +5 years finance (controlling and/or audit) experience in multinational environment, with proven track record ;
    CCA, CFA, CIMA qualification (finalized or in progress) is preferable.

    Responsabilitati

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Your day-to-day job will cover the following:

    Participate in the process of preparation of Group Reporting package in compliance with Group policies and IFRS and in the monthly closing process;
    Work closely with business and other finance colleagues to ensure understanding of business performance (sales & margin, POS performance, etc.);
    Provide support through review of the monthly performance, cash flow, Capex spend, KPIs and variance analysis;
    Supporting with CAPEX schedules, project evaluations and forecasts;
    Provide reporting, analysis, and presentations content for the senior leadership team;
    Participate in all forecast and planning activities (outlook, forecast, budget, 5 years plan);
    Supporting internal departments in other finance and accounting matters including analysis, budgeting, forecasting, analyses deviations actual vs forecasts / budget propose & follow actions implemented;
    Work closely with operational & commercial managers to understand business needs and provide valuable insights as an effective business partner;
    Participate in implementation of the group BI tool/ SAP BW, optimize monthly reporting preparation, actively look for continuous improvement.
