One of the initiatives that enables us to accomplish this is MAGIS MUNDI, our program that has the potential to make a real difference in the lives of individuals seeking to change their career paths and contribute to a more balanced workforce in the technology sector.
MAGIS MUNDI is more than a training program; it's a launchpad for ambitious professionals and students seeking to pivot their career paths. Our one-week intensive course, offered annually in September, provides two professional tracks tailored to impart essential technical skills and prepare participants for real-world applications in the tech industry.


The program addresses two categories of participants:

- For professionals eager to transition into the tech industry, our professional track is designed to build on your existing skills and unlock new job opportunities.
- For students eager to launch their career in tech who are just beginning their professional journey in today's dynamic tech landscape.

The program requires:

- Physical presence in our Booking Holdings Center of Excellence in Bucharest - you will not be sorry as our organization is the winner of Most Vibrant Employer (CEE Business Services Summit Awards, in 2024) and Most transformed workplace award (Romanian Business Services Awards, in 2024)


Soft skills requirements:

- Fully comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, curious, a team player, punctual
