DIGI Projects PMO

The DIGI Projects PMO role at Siemens Energy involves managing and overseeing the delivery of Major DIGI Tools initiatives in Central's Global Service Operations (C GSO) and Regional Service Unit (RSU) organizations. You will ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are completed within defined scope, time, and budget.

• Develop and maintain project management standards, methods, and practices according to the process owners for Central Service and the Major DIGI Tools programs (e.g., PLM program).
• Advise process owners on defining service requirements and act as a mediator between business teams and Major DIGI tool development teams.

• Supervise the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations with the C GSO functional heads and RSU teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance against these plans
• Establish agile project methods and act as Scrum Master for the Major DIGI Tool initiatives for the Central's Global Service organization
• Identify, assess, and handle risks and issues that may impact the success of the program
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project teams
• Coordinate the allocation of resources across different projects within the program to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency
• Ensure that all results meet the required quality standards and project objectives
• Coordinate training and support initiatives for project teams on project management tools and methodologies

• Experience in leading and coordinating teams of IT professionals or business process experts, across different locations and domains
• Ability to effectively communicate with collaborators from IT, project partners, managers, and end-users, and manage their expectations and requirements.
• Proficiency in using tools and methodologies such as agile, scrum, or waterfall
• Knowledge of different IT systems and platforms, and how to migrate data and applications between them. Knowledge of SE GS C data and application landscape is a plus
• Ability to plan, implement, monitor, and control complex IT projects within budget and time constraints
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues and risks that may arise during the implementation of the DIGI project (e.g., migration process)
• Interest and openness to learn new technologies and standard methodologies, as well as adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project needs and priorities.
