Communication and Community Management Specialist

We are seeking a Communication and Community Manager with 1-2 years of experience to help us engage more effectively with the Ukrainian community. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by driving our outreach efforts and strengthening the connection between our platform and those we serve.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about community engagement, has strong communication skills, and can create impactful content that resonates with our audience. You’ll work closely with our team to design and implement campaigns, manage our digital presence, and foster strong relationships within the Ukrainian refugee community.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Engage directly with the Ukrainian community, identifying their needs and fostering meaningful relationships through effective communication and outreach;
Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website, to increase awareness and drive participation in our initiatives;
Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of communication campaigns to attract more Ukrainian participants to our platform;
Platform Management: Ensure the platform's content is relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to our job seekers.
Social Media: Regularly update social media channels with stories of success, video content, events, and open opportunities, while managing community interaction to boost our online presence;
Event Management: Plan and Promote the events to increase community engagement and ensure active participation from stakeholders;
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor communication efforts, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve our outreach strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in communications, community management, PR, or a similar role.
Strong writing and video content creation skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Passion for community building and understanding of the challenges faced by the Ukrainian refugee community.
Fluent in Ukrainian, with proficiency in English.
Creative problem-solver, comfortable working in a collaborative team setting.
