Requirements
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service/client support role
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German & English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and troubleshooting assistance. This role requires a balance of both technical expertise and language fluency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers by responding to troubleshooting requests
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
• Communicate fluently in both English and German with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
• Handle an average of 20-30 incidents per day; some days might involve fewer than 20 incidents
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and technical problem-solving
Role Breakdown:
• 50% Technical: Respond to and troubleshoot customer issues.
• 50% Communication: Engage with clients in both English and German, ensuring effective communication across different channels.
