Produsele noastre sunt construite pe 25 de linii SMT şi 1 linie proto. Requirements

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• University Degree in a field of Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Relevant experience as a test manager in automotive industry
• Fluency in business English
• Experience as ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level, ideally ISTQB® - Advanced Test Manager
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems
• Basic knowledge of automotive software development and testing process e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262
• Knowledge of CANoe is desirable
• Strong technical & analytical abilities (systematic approach, capability of abstraction and
simplification, recognize dependencies, weaknesses and risks, understand the use, boundary
conditions)
• Expertise working within RM tools (Doors, codeBeamer, Polarion)
• Self-reliant, structured, and proactive way of working
• Team player attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated personality
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong communication skills
• Detail orientation

Responsibilities

What a typical day looks like:
• Managing the test team
• Coordinating the testing activities (qualification and integration tests)
• Planning of system tests (incl. test targets and objects, equipment, efforts, resources) in coordination
with the overall project test plan
• Analysis of system architecture requirements and definition of associated test cases or coordination
and delegation of these activities in coordination with and to the associated test team
