Requirements
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Strong understanding of how communication and engagement align with strategic business objectives.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills in both Romanian and English, with experience in messaging for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and prioritize business needs.Enthusiastic about supporting change, including new channels, communication approaches, and processes.
Self-starter with the confidence to challenge and influence, skilled in using data to inform communication strategies and meet multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
About you:
You’re excited about the impact you can make by helping to engage employees and support them to focus on the things that’ll help them, and our business continue to succeed.
You have a strong track record in developing and implementing highly engaging employee communications and activities, that support business priorities and you look to hone these by using the latest developments and best practice in engagement and internal communications.
You’ve got a flair for creativity, good judgment and excellent copy writing and editing skills. You’re continually looking to be at your best and develop in your career and this is helped by your ability to work collaboratively with employees, teams and functions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Day to day, you will:
Report to the Employee Success Business Partner, engaging and informing over 1000 employees across the UK, Ireland, and Romania.
Collaborate with the central communications team to align divisional activities with central initiatives.
Support General Managers with communication needs, ensuring consistency in messaging across subdivisions (MLB, SMB, Learn).
Manage organizational announcements, employee communication channels, and Access-wide campaigns, including presentations and newsletters.Advise on engagement activities, create high-quality communications, improve internal communications, and oversee social media content and project communication campaigns.
