    Requirements

    You will need to:

    • Business Requirements & Documentation: Conduct thorough business requirements analysis and take ownership of the associated documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the project.

    • Project Scope & Solution Design: Critically evaluate and challenge project scope and objectives to shape solutions that maximize impact. Develop clear and comprehensive solution designs for stakeholder review.

    • Operational Improvement & Impact Delivery: Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements, implementing changes that drive measurable impact and enhance overall project outcomes.

    • Project Management & Prioritization: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks as scope and requirements evolve, and monitor deliverables against clear metrics, while identifying impacts and dependencies.

    Responsibilities

    You will:

    • Project Management & Business Change Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and programs involving significant business change, with a strong ability to quickly grasp business contexts and requirements.

    • Proactive & Strategic Thinking: Ability to exercise independent judgment, escalate key issues when necessary, and influence outcomes effectively. Proven capability to navigate and work within relevant constraints, whether regulatory, technological, or user-driven.

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to facilitate workshops, communicate effectively across various formats, and ensure alignment of project objectives through thorough requirements gathering, design, and testing phases.

    • Problem Solving & Solution Design: Adept at asking the right questions to uncover root causes, ensuring that solutions are appropriately designed to meet project objectives and support the business effectively.
