A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student for Center of Excellence (Governance) in Procurement organization one of the main responsibilities is to offer operational support in Procurement digitalization and governance projects. Have the possibility to gain insights in Business daily environment in accounting and procurement processes of an international company, interacting with numerous stakeholders in the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Framework topics.
• Support in creation / update of reporting.
• Support in data analysis and data management.
• Support in retrieving data, consolidate and link information from/to other sources (e.g. SharePoint lists, Microsoft Flows).
• Routine handling of MS Office application Power Point.

What You Bring

• You are a student within the fields of Economics / IT/Engineering or similar field of study.
• Good understanding of accounting processes (accounts payable understanding is a plus)
• You have advanced Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot table etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sense of data.
• Ambition and motivated attitude.
• You are flexible and have strong communication skills.
• You have advanced English skills, also German or other languages would be an advantage.
