    Requirements

    Your skills and experiences might also include:
    • ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and identify any issues
    • Advanced Excel skills, with the willingness to learn other data analytics tools. .
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely solutions to senior finance leaders and adapt processes to pre-empt senior management requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Day-to-day, you will:
    • Preparation of the year-end consolidation and preparation of Group Annual report
    • Preparation of UK subsidiary statutory accounts.
    • Support the year end audit for the Group and its subsidiaries.
    • Support the establishment of a global group reporting function
    • Improve current processes and outputs to support the growth of the business.
    • Provide technical expertise, being able to understand, explain and calculate and influence key stakeholders across the business.
    • Support acquisition accounting including working with external advisers and work closely with the M&A integrations team.
    • Ad hoc projects to meet the needs of this rapidly expanding Group, including international projects for standardisation and assimilation of acquired entities, transfer of IP and potential for creating centres of excellence overseas.
