Requirements

Soft skills:
• Self-starter, pragmatic and able to fill in the blanks
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Works comfortably with tight deadlines and short notice requests
• Ability to build relationships and work with senior leaders and peer group
• Ability to work with cross cultural teams

Language skills:
• Very good communication in English

Finance knowledge:
• Strong analytical skills
• Keen on project management
• Excel knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
1. Knowledge Management – Support the AFT team to consolidate knowledge within the team and create efficiency
2. Support Centre Head – Helps centre head with everything from running projects to confidential financial analysis to support in admin issues.
3. Ad-hoc projects – Have an oversight on the SME project, Innovation project and other ad-hoc projects at an EMEA level
4. MEC – Own the month end close and process some transactions relating to HQ costs in Romania
5. Budget – Manage the overall budget for the AFT team along with the Centre Finance Head
6. Contract Shadow Management – Shadow one of the analysts to understand ES finance and how a contract is managed (including forecast calls with the business)
