    Experience as an Actuary or similar job with Non- Life Insurance Actuarial background;
    Good knowledge of actuarial non life and P&C insurance techniques;
    Excellent functional skills and understanding of the overall accounting and closing processes;
    Fluent in English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

    Would be considered an advantage:
    Certifications: ACCA, MBA, CECCAR, CAFR/ASPAS;
    Former experience as an auditor in the Big 4 in the insurance sector;
    Knowledge of Agile methodology;
    Previous experience in using the ServiceNow platform, IFRS 17 implementation projects, SAP (FPSL, PaPM, FS-CD, BW, FI), and Tagetik.

    Responsabilitati


    Collecting new/revised IFRS 17 business requirements by deeply understanding the business needs and the related methodology;
    Leading the related SAP PaPM configurations by ensuring their consistency to IFRS 17 requirements as well as to the Group Accounting Policies;
    Being responsible for assessing the interdependencies and the related impacts within the currently existing configurations in PaPM and, jointly with the other POs, within the overall eco-system of centralized solutions;
    Supervising colleagues (Business and IT Supports) in managing incidents that both Business Units and Head Office Departments may report;
    Analyzing issues and proposing final solutions or temporary workarounds to ensure the timely execution of the Group processes always achieving a proper cost/effort balance and full coherence with the Group Accounting Policies and any Audit needs;
    Being an essential member of the overall closing process in all its phases (preparation/execution/after-execution phase) and giving/receiving inputs for the update of the Group’s Chart of Accounts;
    Being accountable for the set-up and maintenance of all the relevant PaPM documentation and he/she will help in the training of application users;
    Scheduling daily tasks in line with the Agile methodology framework and ensuring meeting the targets by respecting the assigned budget.
