British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Jr Talent Insights Partner in Bucharest ~12 months

This role plays an instrumental role in the transforming of BAT organization by driving talent analytics and trends supporting to the attraction and hiring the right talent.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Drive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis across a wide range of industries and geographies
• Provide research and build talent dashboards to enable data-driven talent strategies and recommendations that influence recruiting and business decisions and make real impact
• Create and apply market mapping and other analytical approaches to understand overall talent trends based on role/region to influence sourcing strategy
• Use data to influence all levels and decisions, engaging groundbreaking methods to attract diverse talent
• Continuously look at process improvement and crafting efficiencies and tools to enhance the hiring experience from multiple external and internal partners

What are we looking for?

• Strong research and candidate generation & qualification skills across a wide breadth of role types and locations
• 1 year of experience in a similar role, using market intelligence to build talent analytics and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities utilizing analytical sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Insights to drive sourcing strategies and influence stakeholders
• Strong detail orientation with proven accuracy & ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent English skills (C level of proficiency)
