Cerinte

To become our next colleague, you must bring to the table the following:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years within similar position of “IT Application Analyst”, minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation (lead or expert) in IT or Technical field;
Detailed knowledge (hands on) regarding the development cycle of software products (generation of specifications, design, programming, testing, MTP, etc.);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Ability to produce software/system change documentation;
Positive approach and a good team player;
Open minded and excellent communication skills;
Ability to think by yourself and to take the right decision;
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Goal oriented, structured and analytical;
Good English language, both written & spoken.

We’re even a better match, if you also have:

Previous working experience in Retail area;
Knowledge related to Agile methodology;
Experience with relational databases using SQL;
Hands on experience with Loyalty systems or Ecommerce systems or ERP systems (Master Data, Pricing, Promotions and Assortment specific applications and processes);
Basic knowledge of programming & scripting;
Basic knowledge of computer networking.

Responsabilitati

How you will contribute:
You with the team will implement business initiatives, projects, programs according to set roadmap allocated ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀for your area of responsibility;
You with the team will discuss with business users and gather business requirements;
You with the team will create corresponding functional requirements as an input to application design;
You with the team will deliver best in class, operable and sustainable Business Solutions with an optimal balance and integration between the different elements : Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Business Processes, Business Organization, IT Organization;
You with the team will support the Change Management process (Communication, Organization transformation, etc.) during the project and also after the implementation;
You with the team will proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements to provide additional Business capabilities with a clear Business Case in collaboration with Centre of Excellence;
Technical supervisor of team system analyst’s and business analyst’s. Guide team members towards improvement;
Act as a point of contact for the Agile teams regarding the questions addressed in his area of ​​activity and expertise.
