Business Systems Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:

• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

• Cyber ​​Security

• DevOps/DevSecOps

• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in business & system analysis
• English (spoken and written) at proficient level
• Highly appreciated experience with processes related to digital banking products (FX, MM, FX SWAP and other FX derivatives)
• Foreign currency and local currency payments (SWIFT)
• Understand basic bank accounting knowledge
• Experience in an Agile and Waterfall environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Good communication & presentation skills;
• Fluent in SQL and Database systems
• Knowledge of REST APIs and previous experience in designing interfaces
• Diagrams UML;
• Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, SQS)
• Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;
• Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;

Responsibilities

• Interact with business line / product owner to clarify requirements;
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
• Analyse the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
• Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional user stories;
• Participate actively in software delivery according to Agile SCRUM methodology;
• Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
• Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RFPs). Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
• Perform sanity testing

Currently we are extending our product team for implementation of Treasury & Capital Markets Backoffice System.
