    Requirements

    - 2-3 years commercial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG
    - Strong strategic analytical skills – ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights
    - Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance
    - Action focused – able to organize working process with different departments to achieve goal
    - Ability to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way, tailor content to audience
    - Fluent English speaker
    - Serve as a subject matter expert
    - Negotiation skills and ability to find balance and working solution between different group of stakeholders
    - Easiness in working with data
    - Proactive approach
    - Strong problem-solving attitude with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
    - Project management experience preferable
    - Experience with working with Power BI

    Responsibilities

    Lead and proceed TPM sustain process:

    - Organize and control working process and cross-functional workload regarding TPM usage
    - Be a key user while communicating with providers team in case of problems in the system
    - Support other functions involved into Promo process (Sales, Sales Finance, Reporting, NRM, Demand planning), while additional automation process needed
    - Enhance system and way of working to simplify overall Promo process
    - Solidify and educate people involved that the tool is used in a proper way on full capacity

    Promo effectiveness analysis:

    - Build together with project team and constantly up-to-date dashboards for analyzing promo performance
    - Create and organize monthly promo PBR to track actual promo efficiency
    - Analyze data to identify the most efficient promo mechanics for different product and clients
    - Build Category promo strategy together with dedicated NRM manager
    - Prepare ad-hoc analysis based on TPM data regarding promo spend, efficiency etc for NRM, Sales
    - Develop presentation to serve as support in driving the Promo efficiency agenda
    - Support capability build in the Sales and NRM teams regarding promo management and other ad-hoc promo projects
