    Role description

    We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern in a temporary position to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the Learning, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits daily activities. The HR intern will assist in updating employee records, In planning and organizing learning and benefits/ wellbeing initiatives, and will gain exposure to various HR functions like Payroll, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and People Operations.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Assist in planning and organizing in-house learning initiatives, including workshops and training sessions, for our Center of Excellence (COE) employees.
    • Provide support with Learning and Development (L&D) administrative tasks and reporting to ensure accurate data for all L&D initiatives.
    • Contribute to the Women of Excellence (WE) Community, an integral part of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.
    • Design learning materials and visuals, including our monthly Learning Newsletter.
    • Support the team in day-to-day benefits and HR administration, providing operational support
    • Assist and resolving staff queries for Compensation and Benefits, Payroll related topics
    • Assist and manage employee benefit and wellbeing initiatives and events
    • Assist and maintain benefits C&B related intranet pages
    • Manage corporate discounts with vendors
    • Maintain and update files and databases
    • Assist in reporting and analytics
    • Assist in working with the internal communications team to coordinate employee activities / programmes
    • Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned



    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Fast learner, curious and creative, communicative, proactive, responsabile, with attention to details
    • Good English, written and oral
    • MS office/ Google suite skills
    • Any tool or program for visuals and presentations 
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
    • Ability to manage work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
