    The main goal is to collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas where employee experience can be improved.

    • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas where employee experience can be improved
    • Break down initiatives into manageable tasks, sets timelines, and assigns roles and responsibilities for team members.
    • Ensure that the right resources are allocated for the successful execution of initiatives (including staffing)
    • Employ and adapt waterfall and agile methodologies according to context
    • Provide coaching or training for the project or program team in employing Agile or waterfall project management tools
    • Oversee the deliverables of cross functional teams
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular retrospectives and using insights to refine HR projects
    • Identify potential risks and creates mitigation plans
    • Support and motivate project teams, helps them achieve their goals, as well as learn from their journeys
    • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements through meetings, dashboards, and reports
    • Create channels for employees and stakeholders to provide feedback on projects
    • Coordinate with other departments for projects that require cross-functional efforts
    • Identify intersections between various initiatives and create mechanisms to support synergy
    • Adapt and pivot in order to accommodate changes in strategy and operations, and ensure change management for project team

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant position
    • Expertise and certification in Agile and waterfall project management
    • Experience in coordination of multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
    • Familiarity with user experience design
    • Previous experience with human resources teams or employee oriented programs is a plus
    • Enhanced ability to organize and prioritize
    • Excellent communication, with deep listening abilities
    • Critical thinking and decision-making
    • Stakeholder engagement and team coordination
    • Continuous learning, flexibility and adaptability
