Here are the criteria we consider when selecting ideal candidates:

• You have been involved in extracurricular activities (scientific communication sessions, competitions, etc.).
• You have completed an internship or a management trainee program.
• You have participated in volunteering activities or student NGOs.
• You have international experience through student programs (Work&Travel, Erasmus, international internships, etc.).
• You have received performance or merit scholarships.
• You are a student, master's candidate, or recent graduate in fields such as engineering, IT, economics, business, etc.
• You have completed specialized internships or participated in training/workshops.

You need to meet at least one of these criteria. The more you meet, the better!
