Requirements

• Experience in similar position (3-5 years’ experience in the technical industry/engineering/construction)
• Technical education (construction, electricity, architecture, construction management, etc.)
• Construction license to manage construction works
• Experience in developing and controlling construction and renovation schedules
• Driving license category B

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing adaptation process of acquired premises intended for retail stores in terms of technical and formal aspects
• Collaboration with internal departments and equipment suppliers
• Coordination of construction and installation works
• Supervising and coordinating adaptation project
• Quality control of construction works
• Coordinating and supervising contractors
• Cooperation with relevant authorities, property owners and brokers

• Our headquarters is in Bucharest, and the role is based here as well, but the candidate must be available for travel, as the activities will take place across various stores in our network throughout Romania.
