• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns with measurable results in lead generation and revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Experience with international marketing and localization strategies is a plus.

Lead website development and SEO efforts to drive organic traffic growth, improve keyword rankings, and optimize user experience.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies including articles, blogs, and link building to increase engagement, lead generation, and email sign-ups.
Manage social media marketing across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to grow followers, enhance engagement, and drive traffic.
Plan and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Implement email marketing campaigns including lead magnets and drip campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Organize and promote webinars and online events to increase brand visibility, drive registrations, and convert leads.
• Establish and manage partnerships and affiliate relationships to expand reach and acquire new customers.
• Conduct PR and media outreach activities to secure media coverage, build brand reputation, and generate backlinks.
• Develop customer testimonials and case studies to showcase success stories and drive credibility.
• Lead international expansion efforts through localized marketing campaigns to attract and convert global audiences.
• Implement a referral program to incentivize customer referrals and drive new customer acquisition.
