    Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) Operations ensures to provide a worry free shopping experience to all our customers world wide. The RISC program ensures customers can purchase only legal, safe products. We are looking for a Risk Manager for RISC Operations integrations team within TSE Operations, to drive integration in the processes across multiple programs.

    You will be responsible for driving process re-engineering, eliminating Non-Valued-Added activities, and support establishing program agnostic workstreams. You will collaborate across world wide program, product, operations and legal partners to evaluate risk in process redesigning, and improving operational agility.

    Key job responsibilities
    1. Develop program agnostic scalable operations per defined framework for one or more functions.
    2. Identify process Non-value add activities, collaborate with program, product leaders to eliminate such waste while assessing risk in the process.
    3. Identify opportunities to automate or semi-automate the process.
    4. Identify key challenges in establishing scalable operations and partner with product, tech, operations leaders to address such scenarios proactively.
    5. Identify SOP variations and collaborate with Ops team to eliminate, or mitigate such variations.
    6. Measure performance against baseline performance, and drive mechanisms to minimize impact, and improve overall process efficiency

    Basic qualifications

    - 3+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    - Experience handling confidential information

    Preferred qualifications

    - 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
    - Experience with SQL and Excel
