TGS Romania, is the Romanian practice of TGS Global. TGS is represented in Romania by two successful firms Fidexpert Audit & TPG Group. Both companies have been active in the Romanian market for a considerable number of years (Fidexpert since 1994 and TPG from 2009).
We are a dynamic provider of accounting, audit, tax and finance services. Our service offering, business approach and sector expertise is primarily designed to support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, or organizations of equivalent scale, with existing or planned international operations.
We have an employment force of 80 professionals (certified accountants, certified auditors, certified fiscal consultants) who have been trained to cater for the requirements of the most demanding clients.
Requirements
• Post Graduate Studies, in Accounting and Bookkeeping Information Systems, Audit, Finance, Insurance, Banks, Business Management or other relevant areas.
• Holding a Romanian Chartered Accountant certification and Fiscal Consultant accreditation or an equivalent qualification – Any exceptions will be approved by the Managing Partner.
• 9+ years of previous experience in a role that is directly related to the services provided to clients.
• 5+ years of People Management experience.
• Very good knowledge of operations on ERP and MIS systems.
• Good coaching skills and team leading.
• Advanced knowledge on accounting, taxation & corporate law, financial and economics
• Knowledge of IFRS and other international standards
• People oriented, collaborative within cross functional teams
• Strong business acumen
• Agility to client centered, proactive approach
• Ethical, transparent, good communication & trainings skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
• A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
• Ability to work at client premises.
• Advanced level for at least one foreign language (preferably English) and knowledge on a second one-is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills (i.e. MS Office) emphasis on Excel and Word.

• Demonstrates significant commitment to own development; proactively seeks out knowledge, information and training on broad array of aspects that are value adding to the firm.
Responsibilities
• Managing an extended portfolio of clients.
• Managing project teams; and
• Involvement in Go-to-Market, strengthening client relationships, client acquisition and development/promoting cross service lines service offerings.
• The SM reports to and liaise on a continuous basis with the partner/director responsible for the overall client relationship, the service/sub-service line leader and the partner/director in charge of client development and Go-Market-Market.
