Participarea la implementarea strategiei si realizarea obiectivelor organizatiei si ale sub/departamentului coordonat;
Participarea la selectarea echipei, asigurarea dezvoltarii, retentiei, instruirii profesionale si motivarea echipei pentru atingerea nivelurilor de performanta la standardele stabilite;
Identificarea nevoilor de pregatire profesionala pentru personalul din subordine;
Efectuarea de controale interne periodice pentru zona de activitate;
Gestionarea echipei din subordine;
Participarea la pregatirea profesionala a altor colegi din celelalte regiuni, atunci cand este cazul, acordand suport in procesul de training al acestora.

Responsabilitati

Minimum 2 ani de experienta intr-un rol similar;
Cunostinte utilizare PC (Microsoft Office);
Permis de conducere categoria B;
Excelente abilitati de comunicare, relationare si vanzare;
Orientare spre obiective si rezultate;
Capacitate de a lua decizii rapid.
