    Responsabilitati


    Emiterea facturilor si a notelor de credit (CN) in conformitate cu conditiile comerciale din contractele clientilor;
    Reconcilierea cifrei de afaceri si verificarea conformitatii datelor financiare in sistemele interne (SAP);
    Pregatirea si trimiterea rapoartelor de vanzari si performanta catre echipa de vanzari si alte parti interesate;
    Gestionarea si urmarirea eventualelor diferente intre conditiile comerciale contractuale si datele financiare raportate, inclusiv escaladarea acestora catre echipele relevante si efectuarea de follow-up pana la rezolvare;
    Asigurarea corectitudinii documentatiei comerciale si respectarea termenelor limita in procesele de facturare si raportare;
    Raportarea facturilor la ANAF si reconcilierea tranzactiilor;
    Reconcilierea cifrei de afaceri cu clientii si raportari catre KAMs / Echipa de Vanzari;
    Colaborarea cu echipele de vanzari si alte departamente pentru a facilita procesele operationale privind gestiunea contractelor cu clientii.
