IT Consultant for Process Management Application

As an IT Consultant, you will take the responsibility in driving our technology landscape towards state-of-the-art solutions, in a dynamic environment. You will focus on implementing business requirements for process management, support the service, manage our external suppliers and be the functional.

• Ensuring service delivery of the Process Management Service in our company worldwide.
• Coordinating an international IT service team within IT and Business.
• Maintenance of our process management systems.
• Coordinating Key-user Boards and Change Management Boards.
• Bring changes into the service environment by coordinating between stakeholder requirements, your technical team and external support.
• Administration of our process management application STAGES.
• Collaboration in an international team within the IT department in the company.
• Driving the technical innovation and optimization of the service and be part of bringing the "eProjects" landscape into the next generation.

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Long term experience in leading Services or Projects.
• Experience with Process Management Tools, preferable STAGES.
• Experience in working with metha- and reference models.
• Cloud Knowledge, AWS or Azure preferred.
• Business fluent English language skills written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills as well as innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong customer focus.
• Willingness to travel for business occasionally.
