Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

o You will support the Sample Order Expert in pre-order phase (with forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
o You will offer support by receiving and processing sample orders from the Customer System/Project Manager;
o You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the Sample Order Expert/Project Manager;
o You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
o You will inform the Sample Order Management/Project Manager about planned delivery dates;
o You will offer support with updates/distributes of the sample delivery plan to internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
o You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with Plant.
