Accounts Payable Accountant with French

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Fluent in French (B2-C1 level) and English – both written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
You are familiar with ERP environments (preferably SAP) and are comfortable with IT systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Coding and reconciling supplier invoices/credits
Managing and processing supplier and internal customer reminders
Matching and reviewing monthly supplier accounts
Entering payment entries (direct debits)
Issuing supplier invoice payments
Analyzing and justifying monthly supplier balances and advances
Analyzing and monitoring the aged balance
