    Are you the one?

    3+years of relevant experience in similar fields with a focus on Personnel Administration processes in multinational companies
    Very good level of knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
    Fluency in English
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Initiative to identify challenges and proactively propose solutions to improve HR operations
    Willingness to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the advertising industry, where priorities can change quickly
    Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential

    Responsibilities

    Location: Full onsite role, Pipera, Swan Office

    What will you get to do?

    Manage the employment process: documents ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄and personnel files, reporting to state authorities and to other partners involved in the process, updating the internal applications
    Handle end-to-end the employee life cycle
    Maintain internal records, including preparing and issuing different documents: addendums, certificates, letters, decisions, job descriptions
    Assist external payroll provider with monthly relevant information and schedule for the payroll to be created
    Prepare employee data for benefits’ related invoices and audit the invoice details sent by the HR suppliers
    Ensure legal compliance for the HR process under your responsibility
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization
