IHM Total Consult este, incepand cu iunie 2019, parte din SGB Humangest Holding, un grup italian de companii care ofera servicii de consultanta specializata in domeniul selectiei, formarii si managementului resurselor umane. IHM Total Consult a fost fondata in 2004 si se afla acum printre primii 5 jucatori din domeniul resurselor umane pe piata din Romania, avand in vedere cifra de afaceri.

Cerinte
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Romanian accounting standards, the Romanian Fiscal Code and relevant tax regulations.
• Extensive experience with financial software and tools, including ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Responsabilitati
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the ERP and
compliant with applicable accounting and reporting standards.
• Lead the preparation and booking of monthly accruals and other key accounting entries.
• Ensure proper and timely preparation of the company’s financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and group accounting
manual.
• Oversee the submission of declarations to regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate the annual inventory process and ensure accurate recording of results.
• Maintain a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial
results.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Serve as the primary contact in relation to the external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to support
audit procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to local management on financial matters, providing guidance and recommendations to support strategic
objectives.
• Provide support for the implementation of various financial systems and initiatives, including testing and process improvements.
