    Cerinte

    University degree, preferably in Economics, Business or related discipline;
    At least 3 years relevant experience in banking system or insurance sector;
    Project management skills;
    Strong analytical and financial skills;
    Negotiation skills and ability to close deals;
    Effective presentation skills;
    Experienced professional in delivering sales pitches;
    Ability to take responsibility, work autonomously and in cross-cultural teams;
    Proficiency in MS Office products (especially, Excel and PPT);
    Fluent in English (verbal and writing);

    Responsabilitati

    Pitching and developing new partnerships, products and distribution channels in accordance with the strategic plan of the company;
    Building and maintaining an effective relationships with the dedicated partners;
    Understanding the dynamics of the insurance and banking industry and relevant regulatory issues;
    Analyzing current and past sales performance to make recommendation on profit enhancement;
    Leading commercial projects with a high degree of autonomy and accountability;
    Ensuring business goals achievement and sales target performance according to commercial projects planning;
    Being responsible for budgeting and reporting process;
    Providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis;
    Understanding key customer needs and requirements, define changes and improvements needed in insurance products;
    Creating advanced presentations and reports with easy to understand visuals;
    Organizing and performing sales training sessions;
    Working closely with all key departments during the lifecycle of a partnership (Legal, Operations, Actuary, etc);
    Being responsible for monitoring and reporting of the competitor’s activities and the insurance market evolution.
