About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be an integral part of our planning team based in Jankowo, overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations for the entire company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize stock levels in our European warehouses for selected product groups, ensuring we meet customer service expectations.
This includes the release of purchase orders, maintaining logistics data within the Dynamics AX system, and conducting ongoing financial and operational analysis to identify areas for supply chain optimization. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative projects such as automation, benefiting from an inclusive leadership style that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in European warehouses for specific product categories, ensuring service levels are met.
• Manage purchase orders and maintain logistics data in Dynamics AX to ensure efficient tracking and operations.
• Perform continuous financial and operational analysis to improve supply chain performance and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment that fosters inclusivity and professional growth.

Your Qualifications
• Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within the automotive industry, and an international business environment.
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools (experience with Slim4 is a strong advantage).
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present findings to senior management.
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach, with a focus on execution and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.
