    Requirements

    We are growing our team and looking for a new colleague to join in the role of Benefits Administration Specialist. The ideal candidate would have:

    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in benefits’ administration

    Some experience of implementing tools, systems, applications

    Very good analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and a constant focus on data accuracy
    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Service Now, Power BI
    Operates with limited supervision

    A client-oriented approach - we are operating at a fast pace and do our best to assist our internal clients in the most relevant ways
    Great command of English
    Team-player attitude and, last but not least, a good sense of humor;

    Responsibilities

    Coordinating the administration of the benefits’ plan
    Keeping the relationship with the benefits’ providers (contributes also to contract negotiation)
    Preparing of monthly invoices and reports
    Organizing the communication campaigns of the benefits’ plan to staff
