Requirements
Minimum Study Level: Bachelor or currently studying
Age Rage: 18-30 years old
Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and supervise English courses: Design and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific language needs of students at various proficiency levels, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience.
Provide training sessions for different levels: Conduct interactive and dynamic training sessions for students ranging from beginners to advanced learners, focusing on key language skills such as grammar, vocabulary, and conversational fluency.
Foster language development through writing, speaking, and listening exercises: Create a classroom environment that encourages active participation, incorporating a range of activities such as discussions, debates, role-playing, and written assignments to enhance all aspects of language acquisition.
Evaluate student progress: Regularly assess students' language skills through tests, quizzes, assignments, and classroom participation, offering constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Participation in the preparation of training agendas: Collaborate with the teaching team to develop comprehensive training agendas that align with institutional goals and ensure the effective delivery of the English curriculum.
Adapt to different learning styles: Identify and accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, offering personalized support and guidance to ensure that each student reaches their full potential.
Encourage cultural exchange and global perspectives: Facilitate discussions and activities that promote cultural awareness and appreciation, helping students connect their language learning with real-world, global contexts.
