Requirements

Graduated in International Relations, Business Administration, Management or related to transportation management. Sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

The Participant will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of all transport activities along their assigned route. This includes scheduling, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency.

The Participant will oversee the quality of transport operations, ensuring accuracy and reliability. This involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to uphold high service standards.

The Participant will actively engage with external clients, conducting research, initiating contact, and leading negotiations. The objective is to secure favorable agreements that align with the companys goals and build strong, long-term relationships.

The Participant will work closely with team members to foster a collaborative environment. This includes sharing insights, brainstorming solutions, and supporting one another to overcome challenges and drive team innovation.

The Participant will seek opportunities for continuous self-improvement and professional growth. This includes staying informed about industry trends, participating in relevant training, and applying new knowledge to enhance transport operations.
