The role's purpose is to contribute to the design and execution of the Creating Shared Value (CSV) strategy, tailored to the operational specifics of each business line. This role will focus on developing and coordinating strategic partnerships and driving sustainability initiatives based on comprehensive community needs assessments. Another important aspect of the role is contributing to the stakeholder engagement process, facilitating meaningful dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders. This ensures that stakeholders' perspectives are integrated into CSV initiatives, helping to build strong relationships and collaboration.

- Contribute to Creating Shared Value (CSV) strategy development, ensuring its alignment with the operational needs of all business units and long-term sustainability goals.
- Assess Community Needs with focus on communities, developing robust community profiles (including social, economic, and environmental dimensions). These insights will inform the development of tailored CSV plans responding to community-specific challenges while supporting the organization's strategic priorities.
- Develop and coordinate strategic internal and external partnerships that are aligned with the CSV strategy, ensuring the organization fosters meaningful, impact-driven collaborations.
- Monitor and evaluate a portfolio of sustainability programs across key areas, such as education, energy access, climate change, biodiversity, human rights, diversity, and inclusion ensuring they contribute effectively to organizational and community objectives.
- Prepare detailed internal reports on the CSV portfolio, providing insights and progress updates to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with CSV objectives.
- Contribute to stakeholders' engagement processes
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, best practices, and emerging trends related to CSV and sustainability (e.g., ESG frameworks, European directives), and contribute to the organization's strategic direction on these topics.
- Identify opportunities for maximizing the impact of sustainability programs and processes, leveraging synergies and ensuring alignment with sustainability frameworks
- Support organizational sustainability reporting and planning efforts
- Support efforts to raise awareness and promote understanding of ESG topics within the organization, fostering a culture of sustainability and shared responsibility
- Contribute to relevant administrative tasks for the CSV function, including procurement, contracting, and document management, to ensure smooth operational delivery
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field
- A degree in sociology, community development, social work, anthropology, political science, environmental studies, or related fields
- Proven experience in the implementation, coordination, or monitoring of programs in areas such as education, community development, energy access, biodiversity/environment, diversity, or human rights, with a passion for sustainability
- Experience in research and needs assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, synthesize, and clearly communicate data and trends to diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- A practical, results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A collaborative team spirit and a proactive attitude
