    The purpose of the role is to facilitate the development and implementation of ESG processes and relevant CSV programs within each line of business, through close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress in line with the ESG/CSV agenda of PPC companies in Romania.

    • Facilitating the development and implementation of ESG processes and relevant CSV programs within each line of business through close collaboration with them.
    • Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress in line with the ESG/CSV agenda of PPC companies in Romania.
    • Aligning ESG and CSV-specific business activities and processes with the strategy and main pillars established at the country level.
    • Identifying synergies and collaboration opportunities to increase the impact of ESG and CSV processes and programs with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitating collaboration between business line teams and the sustainability team at the country level on main lines of activity (ESG/CSV).
    • Contributing to the development of the governance mechanism for sustainability at the level of PPC companies in Romania.
    • Contributing to the development of the ESG and CSV strategy at the level of PPC companies in Romania.
    • Contributing to the preparation of internal reports on ESG performance and progress on CSV programs for business lines.
    • Contributing to the documentation of reporting frameworks in Sustainability at the international, European, and local levels, and the ESG context.
    • Monitoring best practices and industry trends relevant to the ESG framework.
    • Collaborating with various key internal teams in planning and reporting efforts in Sustainability.
    • Monitoring CSV portfolio programs in accordance with the specifics of each line of business.
    • Preparing quarterly internal status reports and on-demand reports.
    • Contributing to efforts for promoting, informing, learning, and developing practices on ESG topics within the organization.
    • Contributing to team projects on various themes, whether internal or with external collaborators.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date archive accessible to the team.
    • Contributing to the administrative tasks of the department.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: sustainability, environment, finance, business.
    • Master's degree or certification in the field of sustainability is an advantage.
    • Previous experience in reporting activities, with a passion for sustainability.
    • Understanding of global trends, agendas, frameworks, standards, and ESG regulatory environments.
    • The ability to collect, analyze, systematize, and communicate data and trends clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.
    • A practical and results-oriented approach, including the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
    • The ability to interact effectively with a multitude of stakeholders.
    • A team spirit.
