Our IT System Engineers are technical experts, who are owners of their technical area from planning to execution. Our businesses around the world are depending on your ability to ensure stable operations.
You should be familiar with Windows Server administration, respective services especially DNS, DHCP and AD, and Cloud services. You will be familiar with Windows applications and able to go deep into technical details with our external partners, who are providing these services under your governance.
Essential skills:
• ITSM and ITIL
• Windows Server
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Jira & Confluence
• End user computing
• MFA
Schedule: Monday Friday ( 08:00 – 20:00)
Responsabilitati
• Technical support for associated application services regarding situation assessments, short and mid-term improvement plans and implementation with excellence.
• Communicate directly with end users in English to resolve requests as first/second level support.
• Monitoring of Windows services on premise as well as on Azure cloud, support in the administration.
• Windows management, End user computing technical queries.
• Day-to-day access management on enterprise and business applications.
• Creation of documentation such as system documentation, user manuals, knowledge base articles.
