    Role Description:


    We are looking for a motivated and strategic Programme Delivery Lead with experience in managing programmes and leading engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering key organisational programmes, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful programme outcomes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency, and fostering engagement at all levels of the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage programmes of varying size and complexity, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering on time, within scope, and budget.

    • Partner with Leadership, Project Sponsors, and various collaborators to achieve business outcomes, aligning programme deliverables with strategic objectives.

    • Defines, documents, and implements projects with moderate size and complexity, actively participating in all phases

    • Deliver regular and timely communications through project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder engagement

    • Deliver operational scorecards and dashboards, providing awareness of programme performance.

    • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies.

    • Coordinating with various departments to implement communication plans.

    • Monitoring and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

    • Managing various partners and addressing their concerns with business systems change and transformation.

    • Engaging with external and customer communication to make sure there is consistency of messaging and approach

    • Communicating upcoming changes to the wider organisation proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programme delivery and communication efforts, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success

    • Provide feedback loop between end users/stakeholders into the project to ensure mitigation of risks and eliminate any potential blockers to implementation / adoption

    • Integrate automation into daily tasks, always looking for innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    • Finding opportunities for automation in programme management and delivery, and adopting new technologies to enhance productivity

    What would you be doing?

    You will manage end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of all projects elements. You'll design and implement project management plans, lead divisional engagement, and communications initiatives to ensure that stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

    Your role will involve creating communication materials that keep the organisation engaged, while driving the successful delivery of internal initiatives and ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for creating strategies that support the successful delivery of programmes and engagement efforts. You'll also develop reporting mechanisms, such as dashboards and scorecards, to track progress and ensure transparency across the organisation. Your role will be pivotal in driving internal initiatives and ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.

    Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

    • Excellent project management skills.

    • Proficient knowledge and expertise in performing communications projects.

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.

    • Experience in delivering exceptional stakeholder management.

    • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making; Knowledge of Power BI or/and PowerApps is a plus.

    • Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed business requirements.

    • Experience working with cross functional teams.

    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
