Customer Training Project Lead

A Snapshot of Your Day:

In your role as the Project Lead for Customer Training, your responsibilities include creating and implementing a diverse range of training programs for Siemens Energy projects. You will be a vital part of the Project Entity team, managing complex projects spanning all business areas.

Your engagement starts from the bidding phase of a project and extends all the way through to the completion of the training delivery.
In this capacity, you will act as the main liaison for the execution of project training programs. You will collaborate with a broad spectrum of individuals involved in the project, such as those in bid management, project management, our clients, and both internal and external training partners.

How You'll Make an Impact

• You will be responsible for provision of competitive, project-specific cost estimates for training packages, adhering to customer requirements and sales directives.
• During the project execution phase, you will develop tailored training content and timetables, working closely with customers, project partners, project management, trainers, and other internal or external training divisions.
• You will oversee the full coordination of the training packages, managing all related activities, while staying within the specified project budget constraints.

What You Bring

• Completion of studies in engineering, or several years of professional experience in a related field.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Business-level fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus solid negotiation skills.
• Experience and enjoyment in collaborating with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
• Eloquently expressive, persuasive, and self-assured presence.
