British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Analyst with Russian for 1 year in Bucharest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creation and maintenance of Master Data objects for all British American Shared Services Europe customers in accordance with British American Shared Services Europe Master Data process designs;
• External/Intercompany Vendors, WBS, Fixed Assets, Exchange rates
• Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA);
• Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data; identifying and resolving data quality issues concerning Supplier Invoice Management tables;
• Alignment to the procedure manuals;
• SOX Controls;
• Engagement with collaborators via general channels of communications (MS teams, Outlook).

What are we looking for?

• The holder of this position must have IT and solid understanding of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and good command of English;
• Solid understanding of Master Data internal and global (GPS) procedures;
• PowerBI knowledge is nice to have
• A detailed understanding of the relation with other departments and of the manner in which the activity of this role interferes with other activities;
• Excellent analytical abilities, a positive frame of mind along with good social skills are considered assets along with the ability to work under stress conditions and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks - time management;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate closely with superiors at all levels and departments, both inside and outside the group;
• Prioritization of own work / understanding critical issue trigger points;
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
