Cerinte
• 1-3 years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships.
• A results-oriented mindset, demonstrated by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work with digital tools.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilitati
• Generate and engage leads through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns.
• Promote our solutions to potential customers by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Use innovative sales techniques to build rapport, qualify leads, and book relevant meetings for the Business Development Manager/ Team.
• Learn and utilize AI-driven tools and automation platforms to maximize productivity.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospects
• Track KPIs, focusing on valuable contracts that lead to engagement or signed deals
