    - Fluent in English.

    - Proven experience in a managerial role within a live casino or similar customer service environment.

    - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

    - Comprehensive knowledge of live casino games, operational procedures, and gaming regulations.

    - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.

    - Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.

    - Strong understanding of responsible gambling practices and compliance standards.

    - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Responsabilitati

    Team Leadership & Development:
    - Set clear goals and targets for the team to drive progress and ensure continuous improvement.
    - Track team members’ daily performance, including procedural and technical skills, attendance, and compliance with apparel requirements.
    - Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient live casino operations.
    - Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing development opportunities to enhance staff performance and customer service.

    Team Performance:
    - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational objectives.
    - Regularly assess team performance against set KPIs, including metrics such as productivity, quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
    - Conduct periodic performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development and improve overall team performance.
    - Utilize data and reports to evaluate individual and team performance, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for recognition.
    - Collaborate with the Studio Operations Manager to set performance benchmarks and adjust team goals as necessary to meet changing operational needs.
    - Ensure transparency in performance evaluations, maintaining thorough documentation and conducting fair and consistent reviews.

    Operational Oversight:
    - Monitor the performance of staff team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, game rules, and gaming regulations.
    - Ensure that staff adheres to the operational standards, including table setup, game procedures, and customer interactions, are consistently met.
    - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Customer Support, Compliance) to address any technical issues, customer complaints, or operational inefficiencies.
    - Monitor staff performance, behaviour and interactions to ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the live gaming experience.
    - Handles staff-related issues or complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

    Compliance & Security:
    - Regularly review procedures to ensure the staff aligns with regulatory standards and best practices, updating as necessary.

    Reporting & Documentation:
    - Prepare and manage detailed reports on team performance, staff operational issues, and overall staff performance.
    - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and the live casino floor, providing regular updates to senior management.
    - Ensure accurate documentation of all incidents, and staff compliance-related issues.
